This policy explains what personal data Telemo collects when you visit telemo.uk or buy a subscription, why we collect it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who we share it with

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. When they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to protect it.

How long we keep it

  • Support conversations: up to 12 months after your last subscription ends.
  • Server logs: up to 30 days.

Cookies

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy of it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email support@telemo.uk. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
