Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use a Telemo subscription. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

This service is provided by Telemo. You can contact us at support@telemo.uk.

2. The service

A Telemo subscription gives you access to our IPTV service for the period you choose (3, 6, 12 or 24 months). The service is delivered over the internet to compatible devices. What is included in each plan (Standard or Premium) is shown on our plans page at the time you order.

You need a stable internet connection and a compatible device. Picture quality depends on your connection speed and device.

3. Ordering and payment

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any taxes that apply.
  • Every plan is a one-off payment. We never renew or charge you automatically.
  • Your contract starts when we send your login details, usually within minutes of payment.

4. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service. Because your access starts immediately, you agree when ordering that the service begins straight away. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee.

5. Fair use

Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use in your household. You must not:

  • share, resell or publicly broadcast your login details or the service;
  • use more simultaneous connections than your plan allows;
  • try to disrupt, copy or reverse-engineer the service.

If these terms are broken, we may suspend or end your access. Where the breach is serious, we may do this without a refund.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly 24/7, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. Channels, content and apps may change from time to time. If a problem on our side stops the service for more than 48 hours in a row, contact us and we will extend your plan or refund the unused part.

7. Our liability

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by your internet connection or devices. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact us at support@telemo.uk. We aim to resolve every complaint quickly and fairly.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you placed your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
